Terms and Conditions for Relink

Introduction

Welcome to Relink. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Relink website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service").

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

Definitions

  • "Service" refers to the Relink website, mobile application, and related services.
  • "User," "You," and "Your" refer to the individual or entity using our Service.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks connected to our Service

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Relink and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright and other laws of both Portugal and foreign countries.

While we do not currently own any registered trademarks, the name "Relink" and our logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are our proprietary property. You must not use such elements without our prior written permission.

User Content

Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content you post on or through our Service.

By posting content on or through our Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all intellectual property rights in and to any content you post
  • The content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright, contractual rights, or any other rights of any person or entity

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is otherwise objectionable.

Subscription and Billing

Subscription Services

We may offer subscription-based services with different pricing tiers. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees associated with the selected plan.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Your use of Stripe's services is subject to Stripe's terms and conditions and privacy policy. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers.

Billing

Subscription fees will be billed at the beginning of your subscription and on each renewal date. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next billing period.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Please contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Relink. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that Relink shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our Service or contact us to request account deletion.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Relink, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
